1999 DAMON CAMPLITE POPUP CAMPER TRAILER WITH DINETTE SLIDE
Homely, but clean, dry, spacious and comfortable.
This is a nice older camper with quite a lot of extras and features.
Great for camping or an extra bedroom for visiting guests/family. Sleeps 7.
Some wear and tear consistent with age and use.
Dinette/slide: With large folding table and benches to seat four adults, converts to queen bed. New upholstery on cushions.
Bunk slides: Two queen size. These are covered with carpeting to be used with an air bed or other mattress (not included).
“Gaucho”: A U-shaped bench with a smaller folding table, coverts to a single bed.
Propane furnace with automatic thermosat.
Indoor/ outdoor portable 3 burner gas range. You’ll apply it to the countertop inside, or use the included bracket to mount it on the outside wall. (This range is excellent.)
Stainless steel sink with new faucet and new12V DC pump from fresh water tank. (There isn’t a hot water heater, but we’ve at all times found it very quick to heat water on the stove.)
Norcold under-the-counter two-way (LP/AC) refrigerator. (Works well.)

We live in a wooded area and have had past problems with mice, so the canvas and screening has been carefully patched. Alternatively, there are no leaks- it’s just kinda ugly. The canvas can also be replaced for about $1200, but as it’s still fully functional there’s not in reality a need.
There is a roll-up awning with a patch or two, but still sturdy.

A word on maintenance. The Damon is owned by two general aviation
pilots who have been responsible for safety and maintenance. Both pilots
demand that every one systems be operational before the usage of the Damon. The
condition of the Damon is consistent with the owners demands.
